Gluten-Free Sourdough/GAPS Pancakes

This has been a dream of mine for more than five years!! I have always wanted to try sourdough, due to such awful gut problems, but I just never had the push until now. Praise Jesus-another dream come true!! These pancakes are my same recipe, just the gluten-free grains are fermented for you. I use water instead of buttermilk in these, due to fermentation is done with filtered water and not with milk. Even dairy free!!

This bread is outstanding!! It, by far, is the best recipe I've eaten!! It is chewy, full of sour-taste goodness. My stomach likes this bread so much. I can digest it much better!! My family prefers this bread over my regular loaf. It's the same delicious bread recipe, but I ferment the grains for you for 24 hours for a better way to go, especially if you have digestive issues like me!!

These cookies are my same recipe, but I ferment the grains for you, so that they are more easily digestible. My family likes these way better. The sourdough batter definitely gives it a chewy, sour taste that is so fresh and delicious!! Even though they are sourdough, they are still so good with a glass of milk!!

Gluten Free Sourdough Cornbread
Same recipe, fermented grains
This recipe is my original cornmeal cornbread recipe, but the gluten free grains are fermented for you. I ferment the grains for 24 hours in my sourdough starter. These pieces of cornbread are so delicious with honey, jelly, or butter. We love it as a side to chili, soup, or chicken.
