Gluten-Free Blueberry Crisp Bars
Blueberry Crisp in a Bar!!
I love crisps and cobblers. Nothing says homey more to me than a hot crisp or cobbler on a cool-aired day outside. Crisps and cobblers are not very easy to transfer to customers, so I made the crisp recipe into a bar. These bars are crumbly, delicious, juicy, and sweet-just like any cobbler should be!!

Gluten-Free Honey Scotcheroos
Childhood Memory
In high school, I used to work at a restaurant where we made scotcheroos all the time; however, they were made with corn syrup. To make them without chemicals, I add honey as a substitution. It worked great! These fine, yummy, bars are glazed with a dark-chocolate-coconout oil glaze. My children couldn't stop saying yum!! They are so good!!
